A while ago we asked you for your top tips on surviving/avoiding colds. You may have read the tips here or in a MN email.

If you post the name of the Mumsnetter you reckon has come up with the best tip on this thread, then, thanks to Kleenex Anti-Viral Tissues, you'll be in with the chance of winning £500 of Center Parcs vouchers.

If you've already voted on this thread, don't worry, your name is in the hat.

Some Mumsnetters have more than one tip on the list, so if you're voting for one of them, please specify which tip you're voting for.

Hope you're all clear (and we're not talking nasal passages).

Wash your hands frequently and teach your family to do the same. Keep surfaces - including piano keys and computer key boards - clean and dry
