Well hopefully the title says it all. There's been a suggestion, and we agree, that as we did with Baby P and the Mc Canns we just have one thread where anyone who feels they still have anything to add on this subject can post and those who'd rather move on can hide it away.

It feels strange to put this thread in site stuff as we are definitely not wanting to encourage further discussion of Moldies (we have presents to wrap too you know ) but we weren't sure where else to put it.

We will delete any new Moldies threads that are started, so please feel free to report them in case we miss any (what with wrapping the presents and all...)

And if you do want to carry on the discussion please remember that Mumsnet's here to make everyone's lives easier and not the reverse, and that Christmas is a time of goodwill to all mumsnetters past, present and future

yeah, well, my landlord's daughter is married to some Afrikaans bloke what didn't even have English as a first language.

he's a nice enough bloke.

i asked him once, are your parents S. African, too?

and he said his mother was from what used to be called Rhodesia.

i had to look on an old map .

it's Zimbabwe now.

ritu - shred them in a food processor (sprouts that is not children), boil for 5 mins in very little water- drain water and add a dash of cream then warm through and serve - delicious.

sprouts are vile. little mini cabbages that taste like . . . like just taste vile.

let's pesticide all of them into oblivion.

better yet, let's find a way to cover all crops of them in acid and the entire UK could trip out and we'd hear about it on BBC instead of the queen.

that'd be cool!

especially if wills and harry ate some and they showed up on air, all peaking and shit.

i'm going to sleep on the couch in the backroom before my pal gets here tomorrow and occupies the spare mattress in that room that is not mine.
