Well hopefully the title says it all. There's been a suggestion, and we agree, that as we did with Baby P and the Mc Canns we just have one thread where anyone who feels they still have anything to add on this subject can post and those who'd rather move on can hide it away.

It feels strange to put this thread in site stuff as we are definitely not wanting to encourage further discussion of Moldies (we have presents to wrap too you know ) but we weren't sure where else to put it.

We will delete any new Moldies threads that are started, so please feel free to report them in case we miss any (what with wrapping the presents and all...)

And if you do want to carry on the discussion please remember that Mumsnet's here to make everyone's lives easier and not the reverse, and that Christmas is a time of goodwill to all mumsnetters past, present and future

Thanks,
MNHQ

Jools I really dont think anyone cares anymore, it is quite literally yesterdays news.

Desiderata · 29/12/2008 00:24

I saw that PW, but I don't know why?

So ... spill

WilfSell · 29/12/2008 00:23

I know Twinset. They only have them every once in a while and since I frequently let them have all of bread, butter and crisps, I figured I couldn't be too up my own arse about it.

It's still wrong wrong wrong though. What about a nice piece of ham instead? Hmmm? Or some soft brie with sweet tomato chutney? Or even blueberry jam and peanut butter. Now that's a sandwich filling.

onebatmotherofgoditschilly · 29/12/2008 00:23

You're all freaks, with your pasta sandwiches.

I am in charge, and I am going to make damn sure encourage the others in a liberal way to agree with me.

wigparty · 29/12/2008 00:22

"a closed forum in which no one can disagree with you"

Well yes, I think perhaps I do know of some such place...I did say I hadn't read all the posts though, is it narnia?

Twinset, btw - you live near me so I instantly feel sisterly towards you!

Pasta sandwich - I cooked prawn pasta with broccoli, avocado, king prawns, pesto and cream cheese.

The leftovers are sitting in the fridge and such is Christmas that I can't stop myself from imagining it would all taste amazing in a sandwich with mayonnaise - am I wrong? Probably...

holidaywonk · 29/12/2008 00:22

Desi, you made me get deleted the other day

Twinset, you're making me laugh tonight

Also at OBM's Euro-stalker

TWINSETofbigfatcocks · 29/12/2008 00:20

at a nursery giving crisp sandwiches.

I made some port and stilton gravy yesterday and just had a plate full with some nice bread, heaven. I am now having my homemade cinamon ice cream swimming in baileys

VanessaParody · 29/12/2008 00:20

I guess 'groups' (apart from our SN one) wouldn't work on MN then, like they do on lots of uvver sites?

I very much like your amayzeeng accent, warnbat, pray continue.

JoolsToo · 29/12/2008 00:19

not unworthy at all TSAP.

Folk just keep making stuff up but I guess if it makes em feel better so be it.

lou33 · 29/12/2008 00:19

ooh i love crisp sandwiches

WilfSell · 29/12/2008 00:19

Sorry. Pasta sandwich? This is like the crisp sandwiches they serve at our nursery .

Carbohydrate is NOT a filling. Get thee to a nunnery woman.

lou33 · 29/12/2008 00:18

thank you for reassuring me desi

TWINSETofbigfatcocks · 29/12/2008 00:16

I am sure I would be deemed unworthy of such a place Jools, you need to speak to someone far wittier than us lot

VanessaParody · 29/12/2008 00:16

boak @ pasta sandwich. It's not right.

JoolsToo · 29/12/2008 00:15

"a closed forum in which no one can disagree with you"

do you know of such a place?

SwedesInADirtyMacAndSunglasses · 29/12/2008 00:14

Cold should be discussed in a closed forum.

VanessaParody · 29/12/2008 00:14

desi - did a MNer send you the edible fungi book after your Russian Roulette mushroom adventure?

TWINSETofbigfatcocks · 29/12/2008 00:13

wig would that be cold or hot pasta? Hot pasta I would say go ahead, cold is just sick, like eating a slug sandwich.

wigparty · 29/12/2008 00:11

Havent' read through all the posts ...

Jaysus, get a grip. All you Moldies who have left, you do realise you are pissing on the foundations of the fact that MN is supposed to be an open forum on which everyone can post? It's certainly not big or clever to set up a closed forum in which no one can disagree with you

For all those who are NOT Moldies - why are we giving this whole ridiculous subject airweb time???

I'd love to start a thread about the need to eat a pasta sandwich at past midnight, but it feels inappappropriate

onebatmotherofgoditschilly · 29/12/2008 00:10

Hmm yes you're right VP (God, can I just say it again, I LOVE YOUR NAME!)
I've avoided those threads. I once posted the name of my music teacher, and amazingly someone (lovely) recognized me. But that's a slightly different thing.

I think if someone wanted to discover 'who eez theez warnbart? She eez amayzeeng and vazinayting...' They would probably find it quite hard.

Sorry, there's no reason that such a person would be foreign, other than the fact that someone who spoke the language fluently would not feel that way.

Desiderata · 29/12/2008 00:05

Lol @ Twinset

TWINSETofbigfatcocks · 29/12/2008 00:05

But Xenia has been in the press about her life situation hasnt she so hardly a low profile person

Desi plunge yourself in boiling water it will kill the buggers, if you want to play safe get dh to wack you in the twat with a hammer.

VanessaParody · 29/12/2008 00:02

onebat - Neither Xenia, nor I, are famous but have both been identified in RL. Clearly, neither of us cares much as we're both still here. But posters can be found out (even if they don't have blogs and bandy their emails around).

Lots of MNers have posted birth stories with dates & places, joined in on 'where did you go to school?' threads, added themselves to the birthday list etc. That's a lot of personal info to go on.
