Well hopefully the title says it all. There's been a suggestion, and we agree, that as we did with Baby P and the Mc Canns we just have one thread where anyone who feels they still have anything to add on this subject can post and those who'd rather move on can hide it away.

It feels strange to put this thread in site stuff as we are definitely not wanting to encourage further discussion of Moldies (we have presents to wrap too you know ) but we weren't sure where else to put it.

We will delete any new Moldies threads that are started, so please feel free to report them in case we miss any (what with wrapping the presents and all...)

And if you do want to carry on the discussion please remember that Mumsnet's here to make everyone's lives easier and not the reverse, and that Christmas is a time of goodwill to all mumsnetters past, present and future

I was struck by 1992 (left university, suffered harsh realisation that Life would not consist of cosy two-hour chats about the English Reformation followed by four-hour coffee breaks)

hunker -there are people on here [Moldies and not] who have changed the way I think about things - the way I react and the way I treat people (I like to think at least). I think it's inevitable that this has made me trust them to a certain extent (as much as you can trust someone on the internet). You were one of them. Tiktok - I don't think I'd advise people to check her facts. VVVQV (apart from the time I thought she was you ). It's not all bfing but maybe it seems that way because it was an emotional time. A lot of people on the SN board have increased my knowledge and chellenged my beliefs. Never again will I park in a M&T spot when I'm on my own. I'm not including the people from my P-N club as the rose tinted glasses are still firmly on there.
Not sure if that helps or just sounds pathetic, but there you go.
