Well hopefully the title says it all. There's been a suggestion, and we agree, that as we did with Baby P and the Mc Canns we just have one thread where anyone who feels they still have anything to add on this subject can post and those who'd rather move on can hide it away.

It feels strange to put this thread in site stuff as we are definitely not wanting to encourage further discussion of Moldies (we have presents to wrap too you know ) but we weren't sure where else to put it.

We will delete any new Moldies threads that are started, so please feel free to report them in case we miss any (what with wrapping the presents and all...)

And if you do want to carry on the discussion please remember that Mumsnet's here to make everyone's lives easier and not the reverse, and that Christmas is a time of goodwill to all mumsnetters past, present and future

Well thanks a lot Rev - I've just waved good bye to my camels - taken away from my bosom on a lorry - destination unknown. Managed to hang on to the kitchenaid though - said it was my only link to the real world.

Yeah rebel - I'd use it chortle too in text but wouldn't say it. Partly, because I've never bothered to find out whether the "h" sounds or not.

('cept PW who I keep meaning to email, but am now paranoid it would seem like a micro-club and lead to Marxist (Groucho) unresponsive; not caring to belong to any club that will have me as a member, sort of thing).

I have to say though, that I did search for the kid going past the pub, disgusted at it being closed thread.. and somehow came across OBM's thread requesting Wankers Corner. Oh, all this I have missed and more. I should maybe dip a toe back in to the waters...

Or answer 'Ronald Reagan/San Francisco/Kenny Everett to any question if you've got the old version and 'Oasis/South Africa/Gwyneth Paltrow' if it's the newer version?
