Hi all

A survey this time for Hotpoint about how you feel about your home and some of the things you get up to when you?re in it. The survey is open to all UK parents with at least one child and everyone who completes it will be entered into a free prize draw where two winners will each get a choice from the following top of the range Hotpoint appliances:

~ Hotpoint Quadrio Fridge Freezer in Stainless Steel
~ Aqualtis Washer Dryer
~ Ultima Flexipower Dishwasher in a choice of Stainless Steel, Graphite or Polar White

Done - i'd love a bigger fridge/freezer. Ours is just too small and I can't get all the reduced bargains from the supermarket to freeze, lol.

flamesparrow within the last two years, my hotpoint fridge/freezer has broke 6 times and resulted in hundreds of pounds of food being lost, with newborn baby, waited weeks for it to be repaired, then broken then repaired after more weeks, took 6 months of no fridge and finally a new one.

The new one broke twice, and has been repaired too, just inside warranty luckily.

My Hotpoint washer dryer bought at the same time broke 3 times within the first year, fixed, broke, fixed, and then it broke two weeks outside warranty. Luckily the man fixing our fridge felt sorry for us and repaired it. Now, 18 months on, the dryer has broken completely and our washing is never really clean.

Customer service has consistently been appalling throughout, and it took me going to original seller to get first fridge replaced as Hotpoint were happy to just keep repairing and repairing. It was stressful, expensive and defeated the whole point of us for the first time in our lives buying new fridge freezers and washing machines - my 15 year Zanussi had less wrong with it!

Thats what they did!

If it was Bosch or Miele, would have entered for sure!!

SGK - Washer/dryers are crap, honestly (although I suppose you don't have to use the dryer part...)

Just one question though.

Why is Yorkshire and Humber ONE option?
I know us oop north dont count, but the last time i looked at a map, Yorkshire was on of the biggest counties.
