Oh Mumsnet - you still haven't solved my wee problem!

I cannot change my name in the registration bit.

Now I'm not a huge name-changer but for reasons that I emailed you about, MNHQ, I needed to change. Since replying to the email from you asking if things were sorted yet, I haven't heard and still the thing keeps resetting with my original name!

Are you trying to tell me something?

I do have another hotmail account that is registered with Mumsnet but it refuses to acknowledge that one.

I really can't post it on behalf of a friend. I'll explain why when I manage to change my bleedin' name!
