Sleeping Environment Survey

We've been asked to find out a bit more about your attitude to sleep and your child's sleeping environment.

The survey is open to anyone in the UK with at least one child aged under 4.

Everyone who takes part in survey will be entered into a prize draw where 1 respondent will win £150 of vouchers for bebeco and 2 runners up will each receive £50 of vouchers for bebeco

Hmm, I did it but agree, would have liked more options or a chance to choose "other" and type in an answer.

Very weird. I had to put i live in Yorkshire - I live in Teesside, used to be Cleveland but doesn't exist any more!

Very loaded questions, one of those where they clearly knew what they wanted to find before setting up the survey
