I guess it depends what you were fed up with - education, parenting, relationships etc all get posts when people are unhappy with stuff in that area of their life... Otherwise Chat I suppose - there's usually plenty of people in there unhappy about something

ah hang on i think iget it....so mental health is the broad title coverage, of which depression is one aspect???

ok so if i was fed up for example, where would i post??

well exactly...If I was depressed that wouldnt necessarily be mental health would it...isnt that a bit specific??
