Have you got technical problems? as I don't think all the instructions should have been posted. But this is clearly a joke one as 'Don't set your house on fire' is just taking the P*SS!!!!

It's a top tip, though -- don't burn your old tip down: edit it and save it as a new tip. Property redevelopment via the keyboard.
