Why are you making fun of someone's appearance with your logo change

Can I ask why you've changed the logo to be big ears to poke fun at King Charles?

I'm not a royalist but I don't think making fun of someone like this for their appearance is really fair.

Personally I'm amazed anyone even noticed the logo me. I'll bet the vast majority of bods on this thread didn't pay any attention to it until the snarling started and jumped on.

They have enough that they could respond if they wished. Instead they are seeing how it unfurls & deciding how to position themselves in relation to it, as opposed to just doing the right thing.

It's shocking.

I’m with the OP - I have a few physical characteristics that I’ve been bullied for, and still lead to unkind bullying and comments now (I have albanism, so I have a pretty severe squint despite two rounds of corrective surgery, a head tilt and very pale skin / hair. Teenagers and some older children can make hurtful comments, and I’ve grown quite a thick skin over the years to deal with it. It’s not OK to mock people for physical features they can do nothing about.

if you want to mock the king, attack class privilege, attack some of his more questionable quotes or doings over the years, but sending the message that it’s ok to mock physical difference is a low move from a parenting website.

i know it’s a Saturday but I’m surprised that no-on @MNHQ is picking up on this….?

Why? Do you think Charles arranged for them to be arrested? Even if he said his demands the police response could have overruled him. Its not his choice and moreover not the choice of his ears.

@Jonei I think that because I have a physical difference for which I've been bullied all my life and I don't think it's ever ok. And it's public knowledge that Charles was bullied a lot because of the size of his ears.

I’m more concerned about the conscious bias I experienced when I was tormented by my bullies.

I agree it's very school boy mean, and I'm not British so usually don't pay any attention to royal stuff.
I've seen a few threads on the topic, but no MNHQ comment. I'd like hear their explanation for why they think this is OK.
