ad covering screen

This ad covers the whole screen, and I can just about nearly see one line of Mumsnet beneath it, and I have to turn off and turn on again to clear the screen

Just to let you know that this issue should be fixed by now. We're sorry again for all the disruption these ads have caused.

Hopefully that's an end to it but please post here if you're still seeing any of these ads. Thanks again for your patience while we sorted this.

Closed all safari pages. Cleared Cache, cookies. Ad free for a short period now it’s back. Top banner taking up half page on iPhone on some ads.

Still happening for me too, despite clearing everything. Will probably just stop using Mumsnet if it doesn'tgo away. And no, I don't want to download yet another app because the mobile site isn't fit for purpose.

What is more annoying is that I’ve cleared my cache, it didn’t work but now I’m logged out of everything.

Me too. All cleared logged back on then happening again within 15 mins. iPhone 12

I’ve had a pet insurance and covering half my screen for days. On iPhone. Very annoying.

All the half page ads I can see are "sponsored by first dibs". Currently being offered a gardening trug.

And the same for everyone else who's seeing this advert - it would really help if you can let us know the device and the version of the site you're using. And if anyone's able to grab the URL of the advert, that would be a big help. We're looking into this now but any further info you can give will speed up the process.
