I've cleared the cache deleted all my history over the last 7 days (which is annoying) and it is still there. It is so bad I'm going to have to actually do something with my Friday evening...

will I fuck, just spend it on twitter instead hopes it is fixed tomorrow

I thought it was just me. I gave up trying to reply to something earlier as the advert covered half the page and the keyboard the other half so seeing what I was actually typing was impossible.

What with the useless cluttered footer, the bloody gifs and now the giant adverts I manage to read about six lines per scroll.

Samsung Chrome. The merc-benz ad. I can't even see the notifications. With the ad at the top and the keyboard,at the bottom, it's difficult to see anything!

It's not there all the time though.

If the ads are having a negative effect on people, then it may defeat the purpose of the ad and put people completely off the brand(s) being advertised.

I don't know anything about advertising apart from dodging it haha!

Its like me with paper spam the postman keeps delivering. The first thing I do with it is file it in the waste paper recycling bin......and then forget about to it!

Another here with the Merc ad Hmm- android phone on Chrome. Has been driving me mad- only happens on the phone- laptop/tablet fine.
