Oh, I remember those days. Good idea. Last time I started reporting something like this the response was that it created interesting discussion or some sort of twaddle. Eventually the threads started to appear in the right topic so I assume it wasn't just me that had stopped bothering with the site.

Maybe the posters that keep going on about it are Premium users and exempt from posting in the right topic.

I've never agreed with users' requests to move threads around but the astroturfers and racists all over the place is dreadful.
They don't even bother to see if there's already 3,874 threads also spewing racist bile, they just add another to the cesspit.

I've hidden the Royal Family board but it hasn't worked and I have to hide each thread individually. So the rest of you can feel a small part of my pain (I've hidden AIBU as well, and that one has taken, so it sounds as though I may actually be better off at the moment).
