Determined, re-appearing trolls/PBPs

But why, for the love of God, does it appear that you're unable to permanently ban the most recent, persistent trolls?

It's so wearing, frustrating and - I'm sure from your position - time-wasting.

Why is it - and it seems like it's worse since the new platform - so impossible to get shot of them?

Not many people have a static IP address now.

HQ don't comment on their procedures, Warren. They might be giving away work-rounds or provide insight into the best way to reach round the letter flap and lift the catch with a wire coat hanger. So to speak.

I understand this but still want to bash the returning PBP with a rolled up newspaper.

The Boris troll isn't even funny. Please can you get rid, I KNOW as BIWI says, that TSSNCOP but please. I don't like the atmosphere this particular PBP brings.

... and the persistent 'I love Boris' troll is a really good example of this. Someone who you keep, apparently, banning yet comes back again - sometimes within minutes. Literally.
