App not working still.

I can’t log onto to the app still. It doesn’t recognise me as a user. On the desk top I’m getting ads even though I pay for premium. The whole thing is useless.

Really sorry but we'll need more info as we're not too sure what's going on here.
Is it android or IOS and have you uninstalled/reinstalled? We had some server issues recently which caused the app to go down so it is worth uninstalling just to iron it all out.
