Pages taking an age to load - anyone else?

Is anyone else finding that some pages are taking an age to load? And a message keeps appearing, something like "page taking ages, do you want to wait?"

It's only happening with mumsnet, no other sites.

It's been painfully slow for me for the past few days. I'm quite close to deleting my account and pondering how I'll spend my extra hour+ a day I'll gain by not compulsively reading mumsnet.

wouldn’t load for me and just now when it did I got something like ‘checking your browser before loading Mumsnet’ that someone unthread had. Does that mean my security has been compromised? Not very tech savvy I am afraid.

Now I’m getting the Cloudflare verification screen for DDOS protection, so perhaps it’s a deliberate attack. I have no idea why I keep coming here, honestly, with the data breaches and site problems.

Same. It has been so so slow all week. Again. This is it for me.

I think I just feel some community after first coming for the pregnancy boards when we were ttc years and years ago. I have deregistered and rejoined lots of times, but this might be the last.

Bookmarks aren't working properly for me either and it's very slow to load pages, almost unusable. I'm on Firefox on desktop PC.

Really bad here too - with bad gateway messages, and Cloudflare showing me it’s at Mumsnet’s end where there’s a problem. So frustrating.
