Please please!! How do I share threads on FB Messenger or by text?

As title says!!
I used to be able to share threads that I knew would interest friends!
I can’t do it now, and it’s making me cross.

The app hates me!
asks me to accept and close with every click.
I will delete and reload.

I will try again.
Oh and why is there no automatic capitalisation in each new paragraph?
Aaargh!!

Click the + button to add a post, the share option is there
