New paragraphs not starting with a capital letter

As no one else has mentioned this, I'm wondering if it's just me.

New paragraphs aren't starting with a capital letter. New sentences do. But not paras.

I have to change it each time.

i'd noticed it had gone all e e cummings. even new sentences don't capitalise for me.

and definitely not paragraphs.

I mentioned it on one of the other threads but I don't know if MN put it on their long to do list.

Also, and I'm not quite sure how to explain this, but, using Chrome, the 'done' button doesn't work. It doesn't restore my 'chrome' icons. I have to post my comment to get them back. So I can't flick between tabs until I've posted.

Which is annoying when you want to check something before you post.
