Invisible posts?

When I go to Threads I’m On, I can see a post from a user (the top post, by ekausbsj, in the screenshot). But when I go to the thread it is not there. Is this a glitch?

I found yesterday that TIO was being slow to catch up so the most recent post shown there was actually about 3 or 4 posts behind the most recent post on the actual thread. I thought I wasn't seeing it at first, until I realised it was just further back.

I had this yesterday. I think it's linked to all of the other glitches, which are numerous!

Weirdly, the post is now appearing in the thread, two hours after it was posted, and after another poster had posted on the thread.
