What is with the earwax advert?!

Is it just me? I keep getting these adverts about how to get rid of earwax, with a horrible picture of earwax on a finger! It makes me feel sick to see it.

And I definitely haven't been googling about earwax!

I'm afraid I can't screen shot it as it does make me feel ill. HmmGrin
