Adverts blocking page

Hi

Was previously fixed and now it’s back. On IOS the pop up adverts completely obscure content and cannot be clicked away

Hopefully the ads blocking the page will be a thing of the past too, but please post back on here if they're still cropping up.

Sorry bit late to reply. No I don’t log in and out much though I’ve just done it now but the desktop site’s gone anyway ....Smile. Thanks for the solution though 👍🏻

Hello!

We've removed the option for desktop now because mobile provides a much better experience.

If you clear your cache and then access the site using a mobile device, you will see the mobile version from now on and you can't change it back. Flowers

Ah. Yes mobile site is better. Although not sure why I’m defaulting to the desktop site when I’m normally on the mobile site. Is that the issue?
Funny you should say that...

There does seem to be an issue with templates (being looked into by the team right now). It should be that your device keeps you locked into the mobile version unless you specifically choose to move over to the desktop one, but it's possible something's going wrong.

@Binterested - do you tend to log in and out often? Would you mind checking what happens when you log out now - it would be good to know whether you're diverted back to the desktop site when you log back in.

Hi again, have been asked to check whether any of you are using the desktop version of the site on your mobile devices, and if so, whether you could try switching over to the mobile version just to see if that helps?

Nothing has changed for me ...completely unusable and I have had to try several times to get a gap so I can click on this thread. It’s all the google ads
