What is this weird fake news advert doing on Mumsnet?

It then clicks through to an American fancy dress site.
What’s that about Mumsnet?

Thanks for posting all the screenshots. Our ads team have assured us they've blocked the URL across all display and mobile (yes, again!) and are investigating how this ad is still getting through.

And yes, @UncleShady - it's the missing apostrophe that's making this even harder to take.
