Trouble logging on to mobile site

When I enter my email I get:

{"succeeded":true,"error":false,"errorMsg":"","strings":[],"redirect":true,"redirectUrl":"/session/login-user?target=%2F","formElementNames":[],"formElementErrors":[]}

Using Safari on iPhone 6s, iOS 13.1.3
