Three dots menu not opening

I’ve been trying to report a thread, but the menu to access the option doesn’t open when I touch the 3 dots in the corner of any post. I just get an empty dialogue box.

If it helps, I’m using Safari on an iphone5S.

Mine don't work either. I can't report - but this post (2nd today about nappies/continence) by a first time poster may need checking out....

They mostly do nothing at all for me. Occasionally I’ll get a small empty box.

I don’t know if it’s connected but the dots on Threads I’m Watching (for bump/reset or remove) aren’t doing anything at all - not even an empty box.
