Unable to get past Cookie question

I am using Chrome
I keep getting this message -

We and our partners use technology such as cookies …
Click below to consent to the use of this technology...

When I click on 'I accept' nothing happens.

What do I do now?

Hi there all,

As some of you have noticed, it is (sort of) fixed now. Quantcast have reverted to an old version of the system while they get a longer term fix in place.
