Can we have a Vegetarian topic please?

I've been searching for a vegetarian topic area after going veggie last week. It would be lovely if we could have somewhere for recipe sharing and product inspiration.

I see we have a vegan topic so could post there but 1. I'm not a vegan yet and 2. I don't want to upset the vegans by asking for recipes that include eggs or dairy.

Thanks to everyone who's posted - there's obviously a fair amount of interest in this. We'll definitely give this some thought and see what can be done.
