Keep getting directed to dodgy sites

Hi, three times today I’ve clicked on a thread and it’s opened another window, to a dodgy site. The last one was a “100th person to click wins an iPad” type of thing. I’m on an iPad with iOS 11.2. Any ideas?

Me too! The Sky ad. Appears when I click on photos or randomly, every few clicks. What’s happening, Bloody annoying.

This is the french ad. I’m not in France. MN is completely unusable now, it’s going to pop up as soon as I post this!

Mumsnet’s crap tech is the reason I had to get an ad blocker in the end. Adblock Plus. Game changer.
