Anyone else get this? If I'm browsing the site on my phone if I've come back to my browser from using another app the thread will be all fuzzy and have random black blocks all through it before I refresh.

Simple fix but still annoying. :s

Also having problems.

Galvantula · 21/10/2018 20:11

Starts with a black box in the m&s advert then the black screen of Doom as you scroll.

I give you the M&S black box posts shuffled in all its glory. Come on Mn sort this out. It has been going on for weeks. It only happens when M&S is in the top banner. Their adverts are duds and have been messing up the mobile site for weeks.

It is totally the feckin M&S shoe ad. 😡

Dermymc · 21/10/2018 19:40

It's breeding, used to affect only a couple of posts, now it's every thread I click!

FormerlyFrikadela01 · 21/10/2018 19:20

Yep it's still at it

(If not more, because it had been happening for a week before I made the thread)

Main office hours?

It was first reported 2 WEEKS AGO

BloodyDraculcasonthis · 21/10/2018 18:01

I'm.glad it's not just me..

Maybe it's a 'designed in' flaw?
It's a good way to make people reload pages and increase hit count..
But that's Tinfoil hat territory.. 😜

Dastidlt · 21/10/2018 17:52

I think Tim is one of the app developers (I may be wrong) so this might not be his area, but it’s ridiculous that an online company seems to have no developers on call outside of main office hours

LindsayIt · 21/10/2018 17:14

Getting really fucked off with this.

It's every other time I click on a thread.

Also stops me responding to threads.

SilverHairedCat · 21/10/2018 17:05

@TimMumsnet I've seen you respond on other Site Issues threads today, can you reply on here?

Winewinewinewine · 21/10/2018 14:52

I'm off now. Can't be bothered to keep refreshing. Its rubbish that this problem is being ignored. I'll use other sites until it's sorted. Im not on twitter but maybe a link to this thread on there will wake up mnhq.....If anyone can get past the blackness that is.....

TonicClonicAndTheWaves · 21/10/2018 14:11

The site is basically unusable now Sad

confusedandemployed · 21/10/2018 13:42

This is really bloody annoying. I can't be arsed to reload the page every 30 seconds, I'm just going to not bother with MN

Cheripie64 · 21/10/2018 13:40

Me as well, fed up now!

Any updates @MNHQ? It's putting me off browsing mumsnet Sad

rolymoomoo · 21/10/2018 11:11

Exactly the same here. Been happening for weeks and worse than ever this morning. Literally every thread corrupted. Also chrome on Samsung S7.

LEMtheoriginal · 21/10/2018 11:06

Same

Nephrite · 21/10/2018 11:04

It's hopeless. I get the same posts repeated again and again in a thread punctuated by black squares. Impossible to read threads

SilverHairedCat · 21/10/2018 10:03

More for you

Gaaaaah, come on @MNHQ, this needs fixing!!

Maybe the M&S advert only comes up after this has cleared away?

Glad I found this thread, thought my phone was dying. It's been happening for a while now (although randomly hasn't happened while I've been reading this thread!). Its so annoying because I've not been able too follow the Strictly threads

Any news MN?

sluj · 21/10/2018 09:51

Me too. Given up on mumsnet for now
