Opt in box ticked

Threads still don't appear in active convos

I know you saud you would look into it, but any chance this can be sorted out......I don't think it's just me!

Same here. Honestly, if they were bothered, it would have been done by now. Their inaction speaks volumes.

Yep mine is ticked on mobile, and I'm opted in to all of them on desktop, even the ones which aren't applicable to me.

i use either the desk top , or Ipad and neither have a box to tick.

@SophieLMumsnet where can I find such settings on the mobile site? I tried looking in account settings but couldn't find a box to check.

Morning all,

Tech are working on this as we speak and hope (all being well) to have a fix in place by the end of the day. They've asked us to check whether you have the box ticked here on mobile? We know desktop is an issue, but if you could let us know if you've got the mobile version ticked, that would be really helpful.

I am sorry that something that affects all the mumsnetter's who use the special needs boards have had something put on the back burner, that is a real shame to hear.

But

Moving on, I really hope this gets sorted next week.

We will be kicking you up the arse until it is sorted.

Why was it on the back burner? And why has it taken so long for an update? Which is still not really telling us anything?
