Deletions due to being discussed elsewhere

Hi

I was wondering if this is going to be the case for all posts now? Can they be deleted just because they’re discussed elsewhere?

It’s a public forum of course all posts might be discussed elsewhere, that’s the risk you take when you post online.

Why doesn’t this happen when people’s threads end up on Facebook/twitter pages dedicated to slating MN users? Not to mention the scummy journos who lift entire threads on here but MNHQ are happy to keep them?

I thought you didn’t delete threads unless against guidelines etc? Is this going to be a new guideline? Must not be discussed on certain forums?

So you can have a live from my house photo. I’ve not drank enough coffee for typing yet, clearly.

Honeydragon · 18/11/2017 10:16

I’m glaring at it right now do you can have s love from Honeydragons house photo as I’m sat on the settee avoiding doing anything productive like cleaning as he’s currently faffing about outside with rubber matting and treading dirt in and out. See the little windowsill with the satellite box on? I thought it would be nice to have a television on there. And on the wall is what I have as his mate at work was selling it for the same price as a 19”. And that was that.

My Tupperware (and its lesser brand cousins) breed in their drawer.
To the point that I cannot close the drawer unless I play a game of 3D puzzle with them first.
And yet - there's never a box with a matching lid.
And there are more lids than boxes.

PerfectlyDone · 17/11/2017 23:09

That tree pop thing would just look odd in the garden, would it not?
The neighbours would talk and not in a good way.

I'm snogging all of you (provided there is enthusiastic consent) as I am bored and lonely and stone cold sober here. Sob.

Weebo · 17/11/2017 23:05

I too have a Tupperware habit.

I do not have too much Tupperware I have too little cupboards.

Rufustherenegadereindeer1 · 17/11/2017 23:01

Christinayangstwistedsista · 17/11/2017 22:59

Tree pop

Honeydragon · 17/11/2017 22:58

You sound like my Dh. He just turns up with stuff. I have a piano in the hallway. No one plays the piano, yet there it is.

And a sauna in the garden.

And do not get me started on his weird solar light purchasing habit.

And Tupperware.

Caprinihahahaha · 17/11/2017 22:58

Ok
On it

but tree pop? What is tree pop?

Rufustherenegadereindeer1 · 17/11/2017 22:56

honey

So i had lop right in the first place

Cool

Im going to bed in a minute...thats not an invitation perfectly

Rufustherenegadereindeer1 · 17/11/2017 22:55

He did not want to buy a tree pop

But when he saw it! I knew he would love it

Might not fit in the room..its nearly 9 foot tall and im not sure our ceilings are even 7 foot

I once persuaded him to buy a rustic cream lamppost for the conservatory if i promised to get rid of the Christmas tree i usually put in there Smile he hated that fucker

Gerroff perfectly

Honeydragon · 17/11/2017 22:55

Stop trying to follow it and start making imaginary cocktails woman. Stick with your skill set.

Caprinihahahaha · 17/11/2017 22:53

This thread is a deletion thing I don't understand followed by a trolll thing I don't understand, a Reddit thing I don't understand and then something about candles.
What's happening to my brain.

Honeydragon · 17/11/2017 22:53

Lop. You use loppers?

Lope you have long legs?

Rufustherenegadereindeer1 · 17/11/2017 22:52

I might be able to get 20% off

So thats much better

I did say to dh that its half a tree

His thought was that he buys a cheap one (or one we already have) and lop the bottom branches off

Is it lop or lope

Honeydragon · 17/11/2017 22:52

Just how pissed is he? Does he know he’s buying a tree pop?

Honeydragon · 17/11/2017 22:51

I’m being maligned. Possibly.

PerfectlyDone · 17/11/2017 22:51

I am an equal opportunity snogger

Rufustherenegadereindeer1 · 17/11/2017 22:51

Rufustherenegadereindeer1 · 17/11/2017 22:51

Christinayangstwistedsista · 17/11/2017 22:51
