LornaMumsnet · 13/06/2017 10:34

Hi all,

Thanks so much for your patience.

If you don't know how to clear your cache, you can find instructions on how to do it here.

cloudchasing · 13/06/2017 09:00

Still not working for me. I've cleared cache and history, rebooted my phone, but I can't log in because the buttons still aren't clickable to do so.

iPhone 6 on safari.

nobeer · 13/06/2017 07:23

Yes! I've got my blue bar back. Thank you! I didn't clear my cache or change my settings so still a mystery to me!

Guavaf1sh · 13/06/2017 06:58

It only started working for me after I cleared this 'cache' and logged in again. This is the second time this has happened

SinisterBumFacedCat · 12/06/2017 22:53

Sorted now, of course because it's Monday. Obviously it's a weekend thing.

welshweasel · 12/06/2017 22:52

It's working now. Page crashed and reloaded and it was back.

bubblesagain · 12/06/2017 22:38

what browser, standard safari ?

welshweasel · 12/06/2017 22:36

Yes!

bubblesagain · 12/06/2017 22:34

welsh

have you cleared cache and logged back in ? (sorry if its a silly question!)

TizzyDongue · 12/06/2017 22:32

bubblesagain thank you!!!

Sorted now Smile

welshweasel · 12/06/2017 22:32

Aargh. Tried everything and mine still isn't working on my iPhone.

bubblesagain · 12/06/2017 22:30

(Then make sure you log in afterwards as, as above ^ it can look unfixed as your actually logged out)

bubblesagain · 12/06/2017 22:29

Tizzy -
Click your internet app
Then click your more section this might be either 3 little dots in the top right hand corner of the browser or it might say more depending on which version you have.
From there go to settings
Then privacy
Then click delete personal data
This will take you through to a page with various tiuckboxes, click to clear cache and cookies, then press the delete button.

TizzyDongue · 12/06/2017 22:23

Galaxy A5 here. Utterly no clue how to clear cache. Can't seem to find it anywhere

notthe1Parrot · 12/06/2017 21:40

Oh wow, Bubbles - thank you so much! All ok now!

Bubblesagain · 12/06/2017 21:14

Have you logged back in since clearing cache on mobile parrot? As that will log you out and you can't see bluebar when logged out, so on first appearance would look like it isn't fixed.

notthe1Parrot · 12/06/2017 21:09

I have done that Bubbles, but no luck ....

Gileswithachainsaw · 12/06/2017 20:59

Woohoo thanks!!!! It worked

Gileswithachainsaw · 12/06/2017 20:57

S7

Bubblesagain · 12/06/2017 20:56

What device are you on Giles ?

If iphone:
Go to settings then the Safari icon in settings

Scroll down to Clear History and Website Data and click that then the pop up at the bottom

oldsilver · 12/06/2017 20:55

I've got Smart Manager on mine - go into storage and just click clear on Cache.

Gileswithachainsaw · 12/06/2017 20:52

How do you clear cache

oldsilver · 12/06/2017 20:51

Not for the first time today, cleared cache and restarted and wahey - blue bar back!

See, there was a problem - I didn't accidently hide the blue bar while I was out gardening and my phone was left in the house.

OhDearToby · 12/06/2017 20:43

Did the same as you Elle and it's working! Thank you!
