God, when I first opened this thread I didn't even realise that it started a few months ago. The first few posts were the exact same as what was going on today. Just goes to show that MNHQ don't learn.

Equality and Diversity is the current term used for 'Equal Opportunities'. It is the legal obligation to protect against discrimination. Discrimination can be against a person's sex, gender, disability, sexual orientation, religion, belief, race or age

MNHQ have a LEGAL duty to protect against discrimination.......
