Dear Secret Santa, My gift has arrived and I was soo excited to see it coming through the door. I have placed it under the Christmas tree and plan on keeping it to Christmas to open. It is so much appreciated and I thank you so much for thinking of me. with much Christmas love xx

To C & A: Thank you so much! The presents were amazing - I am utterly bowled over by your kindness and generosity. I know you said not to open them until Christmas but I wanted to know what I was thanking you for (that's just my excuse, of course!). The gifts were absolutely spot on, especially DD's magnetic letters. She's got them all over the fridge and is picking out all the Ms for her name. She's just at the stage where she can write her name and is fascinated with letters, so it was a brilliant present for her. We are all so grateful - it was like a huge Christmas hug! Thank you so much for being such a marvellous person - I am sending best Christmas wishes to you and your daughter and I hope you have the merriest Christmas ever this year.

I did the same thing a few days ago. I think mine was repeated over a dozen times!

I think the reason for duplicates is that when you post through the "pop up" Secret Santa thingy (technical term!) it doesn't actually acknowledge the post as sent, instead it looks like the post is stuck , like when the site is down. If that makes sense.
So others, like me, must have been repeatedly tapping "post" thinking it's not gone through, until we give up, check thread then facepalm.

That is my guess anyway

I received your parcel today and want to thank you for your thoughtfulness. I was shocked to be nominated but it was a lovely surprise and it was so nice to come home from work today and find your parcel waiting for me. I have placed the gifts under the tree to be opened on Christmas Day, but, based on the customs tag, I know my DC are going to love the gifts you have sent.
