The parcel arrived on Friday (only I had issues changing nn to post you a thank you) which was my last day of work before Christmas and so really gave me a huge warm fuzzy glow and there may have been a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye too .

I am so grateful for your thought and generosity and have left the presents by the tree to open with DD on Christmas Day. I'll also get some special festive treats with the voucher that we will all enjoy. Mners are amazing and I really can't explain how lovely and grateful I am.

I'm a little concerned. I received an email on December 4th that a gift had been sent to me and I should receive it in a couple of days. It is 10 days later and it still has not arrived. I'm worried that it may have gone astray.

Thank you so much for the present. I had a rubbish day at work today - actually, I'm struggling a little with life in general at the mo. I came home feeling rather gloomy, but it was like sunshine breaking through clouds being handed your present by my neighbour! And lovely to look inside and see what you gave me and feel special.

Gifts for your family are being delivered to me on Tuesday and I hope to send them out on Wednesday to arrive with you Thursday. The package will not fit through the letterbox so if there won't be anyone home to take the parcel could you please let me know and I can maybe arrange a weekend delivery instead?
