Ah OK - so you're both using the desktop site, but on mobile devices - is that right? (Sorry this is so painful)

Sorry doin - I mean, are you on the mobile site or the desktop site (I assume you're not on the app?)

If you scroll right down to the very bottom of the page - absolutely completely the bottom - do you see, in the middle, a small line of blue linking text saying 'Mobile site'?

Biscuit please bear with me because I'm about to be annoying: I've got the mobile version open on my iPhone (just open on a thread) but can't see where the 'my account' or 'my profile' buttons are - can you point me in the right direction?

That's very odd, sorry about that. Have you tried zooming right in to it to make sure you're clicking on the right link?
