HemmingGate: To ban or not to ban, that is the question MNHQ

CarpeVinum · 30/12/2013 17:46

Some of us would like to know if a certain politico will be banned, proper.

No rush.

We know you have a lot on your plate with ... stuff.

(I probably got two quotes mixed up in subject line. Don't panic! It's me not you. Am philistine. Italy is wasted on me. Not keen on art, prefer shopping.)

:) Pacificdingbat, it's calmed down now - someone wafted some sage or sommat Wink

I have a wine headache.

Too many nights in a row spent drinking wine and plotting

BoreOfWhabylon · 30/12/2013 23:23

Just wondering if A Girl Called Jack might be interested? She has a large following and was pretty vocal on the food bank thing.

Maybe she would retweet?

I have missed lots of things.

Because I am holding out and still haven't joined Twitter [proud]

IamtheZombie · 30/12/2013 23:13

What did you miss, Carpe? Zombie may be able to point you in the right direction.

They did, Pacific. It was John Rentoul of the Independent on Sunday.

PacificDingbat · 30/12/2013 22:54

I thought somebody from the Independent had sounded interested?
We'll just to keep the momentum up, I think.

MaryzBoychildCheeszuzCrizpz · 30/12/2013 22:53

I suspect it is so bizarre the mainstream media don't believe it Hassled.

And of course the DM and its ilk don't want to believe it. They prefer the "evil ss" angle.

Hassled · 30/12/2013 22:41

Thank you very much for the brilliant blog summary - I'd read bits and bobs but feel more fully in the picture now.

Why hasn't this been picked up by the mainstream media? Are they just on a wait-and-see?

PacificDingbat · 30/12/2013 22:35

Custardo, I just had to back away from your 'Search the Money' thread because I might have done myself an injury, joining in the melee and was wondering whether you'd be interested in our little quiche here.
Welcome, all comers!

Let's see what comment MNHQ and their CrackLegalTeam might make tomorrow re some of the points raised.

Julie, MNHQ and Gin? Who knew?? Grin

CustardoPaidforIDSsYFronts · 30/12/2013 22:32

thanks for the link to the blog back story - i had seen bits here and there and the threads were so long and i skip read that i never really got a handle on it

would be really interested to see how this turns out becuase john hemming voted against a discussion on the food bank issue in parliament along with 295 others and this interests me

@MaryzBoychildCheeszuzCrizpz

It's the Gin that does you in Julie [helpful]. Just stay away from the gin.

Pacific, yes, relatively civil, considering otherwise known as bloody rude in a restrained sort of way

It's not the greatest of drinks. Now, sloe gin, that's a different story.

Hello, Cinnabar. Smile

CinnabarRed · 30/12/2013 22:31

Any space left for a small 'un?

Hello MNHQ!
