Some of us would like to know if a certain politico will be banned, proper.

No rush.

We know you have a lot on your plate with ... stuff.

(I probably got two quotes mixed up in subject line. Don't panic! It's me not you. Am philistine. Italy is wasted on me. Not keen on art, prefer shopping.)

Over, m just went back on to see what's going on. The whole site is weird. I don't think they have taken it down. The site is clearly collapsing under the traffic!

I cant read the Birmingham Mail post - each time I click on the link it takes me to a page with no story on. It's the same result when I click on the link "most commented on" direct in the Birmingham Mail - have they taken it down?

In typical DM fashion it manages to make up the facts by claiming that he was banned for naming the mother, not the children. Where on earth do they get that from? How difficult would it be for them to get that basic fact correct?

Just going on that website makes me so ANGRY. Urch, Ick. They are such idiots, I am tempted to email them and say take that name out but I presume Spero, being a lawyer and all that, can probably do that much better herself. Lots of people will see that though. Which makes me happy for a second because it is exposure, then really cross for Spero. Mostly just cross.

Couldn't fuckingnhelp themselves could they.

Still, that won't go down well with the millions of internet posters who tend not to approve of such things. With any luck they will be pressured to take that big out.

Hm. Interesting.

Good Things about DM article:

  • national
  • not defending JH; quite neutral seeing that the DH has previous form re 'baby snatching' etc

Bad Things:

  • it names Spero
  • it's the DM

Hm.
I have no idea what privacy rights we have, posting here? Never really thought about it.
