Hmm so that didn't work. Someone on another thread accidentally found that one & was quite surprised! Grin

Yup - I'm suffering from intermittent italics tonight.
Wonders if there's a cream for that....

Aargh! Incomplete postings on the Strictly #6 thread caused by over use of gin < and >

RubyGoat · 14/12/2013 18:47

octopusinasantasack · 14/12/2013 16:51

Please somebody explain about > cos I'm very confused puzzled by it all!

NorbertDentressangle · 14/12/2013 16:47

Kate - I'm using Firefox and Windows 7 on a laptop and at some point last night some of my posts disappeared and they were blank posts, but then they came back again.

I think they were the posts that said fucks off in creepy wee brackets (obviously don't want to actually type it in case it gives me ICWBI Grin).

EmpressOfThe7WillowsandTaras · 14/12/2013 16:42

Ok let's see, Tee.

Kate, ODFOD worked as well.

RubyGoat · 14/12/2013 16:27

AHA! I am triumphant!!

It is possible MN is finally reading all "" as code! As I have told you it would for years and years!

And when the text between "" is not actually code, it will just ignore it and return nothing!!

You all must come to the :::: side now!!!!

[evil Xmas Grin]

Talk guidelines still apply even if you are stricken by ICWBI!

You could get very zen about this...if you tell someone to fuck off but no-one reads it, have you still told them to fuck off?

I think the guidelines still apply even existential hypotheses. It's what Satre would have wanted.
