Christmas comes but once a year, so dig out the selection box, dust off your Santa hat and enter (drumroll please)

THE MUMSNET 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS COMPETITIONS!

[tchshock]

For the next 12 days, on our Facebook page, we'll be giving away a FANTASTIC prizes every day, including a Kindle Fire HD, a £100 chocolate hamper, £250 of theatre tokens, £350 kids clothing voucher, a £250 beauty hamper.

And that's just on Facebook. There are even further delights to be found on MN, where, to double the fun, we're running ANOTHER 12 Days comp. That's right: two prizes, everyday, for the next 12 days. You're welcome [tchgrin]

Don't worry about your Mumsnet nickname being linked to your Facebook profile; there's no way the two could be linked from entering our competition. You can enter both competitions, FB and on site, and try your luck every day - so please don't hold back [tchwink]

Ooh - mulled wine - don't mind if I do!! [thcconfused>>

IamtheZombie · 01/12/2013 20:43

FB won't let Zombie enter her MN nickname. May she still press the ENTER button?

KateSMumsnet · 01/12/2013 19:27

@Maryz

Oh, thank you Kate.

But be fair now. The prizes don't appear to be quite the same - a trip round Moshi-ville vs a Kindle Fire?

Ahh, but who knows what is coming on the OTHER days? I did know, but can't find the email [tchblush] It's some pretty awesome stuff though, promise you that.

Mulled Wine anyone?

Sorry if the OP wasn't clear enough, but yes, we're running a Facebook version AND an onsite one - here. You can enter both, neither, or one or the other, whatever tickles your fancy. The same prizes aren't the same on both, but they're equally delightful, and variety is the spice of life [tchsmile]

If you win one of the competitions on Facebook then we'll email you, using the email address you submitted on the form. So don't worry too much about NN or full names, as long as it's an email address you regularly use.

I too have entered via iPad on Facebook.

How do we find out who's won and when? Wink

ExitPursuedByAChristmasGrinch · 01/12/2013 17:59

Yes Maryz. But you liked my Dr Who name too. And that came to naught. You and I clearly have more style.

starsandunicorns · 01/12/2013 17:49

I have entered on fb but I use a diff name on fb than I have put in the boxs my fb is a shorten version of my birth name and surname is diff on fb (stops family and ex finding me) is diff but my email is the same as my mn log in does it matter

rpitchfo · 01/12/2013 17:35

Yes. And it's not attractive. [tchgrin]

On another note, did you see the thread with you in the title?

There is a FB comp and a MN comp.

Yes you have to be in FB to enter the comp there. That's why it's called a FB comp.

It's not discrimination. Being a unable or unwilling to be on FB is not a "protected class".

Bah Humbug.......

DramaInPyjamas · 01/12/2013 14:26

Also MNHQ

Is namechanging to a new name allowed for purposes of competition entering?

DramaInPyjamas · 01/12/2013 14:24

Is there a way to enter other than having to join Facebook? Twitter?

I'd like to play along, I entered a comp via MN site (It's a different prize though.?)
Hate Facebook :(

CrewElla · 01/12/2013 13:32

Click on the MN in the original post to enter the onsite comp

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 01/12/2013 13:11

It does say that the competitions are onsite, as well as on FB - I assume they are on the Competitions page.

Ragwort · 01/12/2013 12:30

What about those of us who don't do understand FB

Is this discrimination against Luddites? Grin

AuditAngel · 01/12/2013 11:45

Russ, it didn't let me into the competition until I "liked" the page.
