Still terrible tonight. Giving up, might try again tomorrow...

I've only just managed to get on mumsnet since yesterday. Wouldn't load on I phone.

Whole of rest of Internet worked fine Sad

Viviennemary · 10/10/2013 11:18

I thought it was just my slow computer last night as it was so so slow. I gave up in the end. Luckily it was too late to do any housework or other stuff that should be getting done.

KateSMumsnet · 10/10/2013 09:41

Cake for bearing with us!

mistlethrush · 10/10/2013 09:40

Are you going to get Tech some new shiny servers to help out a bit just in case?

KateSMumsnet · 10/10/2013 09:40

Site should be smoother this morning. Soon penis beaker will seem like bizarre dream and something interesting for MNHQ CVs

DoItTooJulia · 10/10/2013 08:01

Yay! Glad it's all back to normal.

TEErickOrTEEreat · 10/10/2013 06:09

If they deleted it, the internet might explode.

Seriously though, it's nothing HQ did. One bored journo stumbled upon it and bang it went viral.

It was mesmerizing to watch, really.

garlicvampire · 10/10/2013 00:54

I loved the Telegraph's title, though Grin

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 10/10/2013 00:01

Can you imagine if the same thing happened with any of the truly clever, witty, imaginative threads?

The whole planet would grind to a halt.

CiderwithBuda · 09/10/2013 23:58

Can't believe it's all because of one totally unfunny thread.

On the plus side I caught up on 6 episodes of Emmerdale and 3 of Criminal Minds.

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 09/10/2013 23:57

No, I refuse to re-visit.

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 09/10/2013 23:56

It was quite low key really usual and should have just sunk quietly.

I think the OP is cringing too. And probably applying to NASA for Martian citizenship.

usualsuspect · 09/10/2013 23:53

Yes delete it, have you read the last few god awful posts on it?

An idiot magnet right there

usualsuspect · 09/10/2013 23:51

The whole unfunny thread is making me cringe.

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 09/10/2013 23:46

Oh fab, here I can post.

Where it matters, fucking treacle!

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 09/10/2013 23:45

Get the flinking penis paddler out of Classics and in the sodding bin, it wasn't that great in the first inst!

JustineMumsnet · 09/10/2013 23:36

@WorraLiberty

Please bear with us as the current excitement, no doubt, won't last too long.

I suspect that's what the OP's DH said just before he dunked his penis Grin

Well quite Grin.
