Just reported the first 1 I saw, but I think this may require more than simpler reporting. I've seen loads!!

True Tee but I think a mention of Spam would be good to differentiate.

Sparklingbrook · 22/09/2013 10:36

Well that's it not you wonder what on earth someone has said, and want to know! You have no idea it was just rubbish spam.

Tee2072 · 22/09/2013 10:35

Talk Guidelines include no spam, though.

notjustamummythankyou · 22/09/2013 10:34

Having had one on my thread this morning, sparkling, I totally agree! I was about to come over all sensitive and hurt. Wink

Sparklingbrook · 22/09/2013 10:33

I have asked MNHQ Excuse.

ExcuseTypos · 22/09/2013 10:30

That's a great idea Sparkling!

Sparklingbrook · 22/09/2013 09:52

The deletions say that they break Talk Guidelines and I think that's confusing. people think that someone has come onto the thread and been rude. Why not 'Spam deleted'?

Rooners · 22/09/2013 09:48

Yes $50 for a spam hamper (special edition black label spam)

you couldn't make it up.

That's Christmas sorted then...hi Dad...yes it's spam...it's a delicacy in S Korea.

He'll be so chuffed.

Fluffycloudland77 · 22/09/2013 09:45

I listened to that R4 program about spam in South Korea, bizarre.

Rooners · 22/09/2013 09:44

Yes I confess I used to buy them in the chip shop many years ago, we had them for school dinners when we were little - bizarrely they are actually very nice. But now I cannot suspend disbelief - I know it is made from the very worst parts of animals, well I assume it is - bit like Richmond sausages which the children adore but I can't eat them.

MoaningMingeWhingesAgain · 22/09/2013 09:43

Just give us all a big red button HQ

We will soon sort them out

Sparklingbrook · 22/09/2013 09:38

You can still buy them OYBBK the DSs love them.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 22/09/2013 09:37

I hope so sparkling!

I'd read that rooners. Did anyone else used to have spam fritters?? I used to like them. Strange.

Rooners · 22/09/2013 09:37

#Didn't dream it

Tee2072 · 22/09/2013 09:36

I really wouldn't fret about HQ's inbox. Keep reporting.

Rooners · 22/09/2013 09:35

Apparently it is a delicacy in South Korea...anyone else hear that on R4 the other day and check it wasn't April 1st?

Sparklingbrook · 22/09/2013 09:34

I imagine MNHQ can put in a poster name and select 'delete all'. Or can't they?

OhYouBadBadKitten · 22/09/2013 09:33

Wasn't sure whether all the reports would end up clogging the mn inbox, but will keep reporting.

Really didnt fancy spam for breakfast.

Sparklingbrook · 22/09/2013 09:31

Now there's prudyklimovitsky too.

LIZS · 22/09/2013 09:30

Sparklingbrook · 22/09/2013 09:26

CatherineMumsnet · 22/09/2013 09:25

Morning all, yes please do report them - we really appreciate it

youarewinning · 22/09/2013 09:24

Oh, I just started a thread in chat about spam posts and what to do. So report them then!

MNHQ Do you want to delete my thread in chat? It may be bad form.

dementedma · 22/09/2013 09:24

Reported it too. MN will be on the case

PiratePanda · 22/09/2013 09:23
