Page has gone weird

Something odd has happened to the box with "discussions of the day" and "most active" in. It's displaying all wrong and moves about when I try to click on it. The colours look wrong, too. I'm on the PC, using IE9. Is it just me?

Right, that made no difference either. Is no one else seeing this? I've never had it before.

How strange - have you refreshed? Could you log out and log back in and see if that helps please and then report back please?
