Is there room for a Science area?

And would this be a good thing?

The idea floated by on a Philosophy/Religion/Spirituality thread and has put down a root in the mud of my brain.

In particular I want ICBINEG to explain Quantum Mechanics to me Grin

(But don't disturb the fire-breathing dragons)
