OK MN I'm calling you on this one

Regular troll name changer starts nasty thread on Style & Beauty. You get masses of reports - even one from me! But you are leaving it because

So she deliberately starts a goading thread about fat people (again) but that's okay because she's deemed harmless not hurtful.

And I'm not fat so not taking it personally just asking for MNHQ to be consistent.

I'm the same lindt, I'm very tempted to just switch if at the moment.

The sad arse fact though is that half the time it's the only adult conversation I have in a day. MN is my replacement for having someone to talk to whilst I watch TV in the evening.

I'm genuinely sad about how things have gone on here lately but I feel like flouncing would be cutting my nose off to spite my face iyswim?

I totally agree with you mmelindt and feel the same. I have read a few threads today and just am not feeling it any more. Plus I think it is a lot nastier lately. And the feeling that someone somewhere might categorise y and think you're a bit of a cunt. I am not going to flounce but think a break is a good idea, because coming on here is just winding me up nowadays.

I don't know any more Pag. I love MN but recently it seems like anyone can be accused of being a bully. And that's certainly not how I read your posts. Or intended mine to be taken.

I'm close to flouncing but won't cause I'd never stick to it and it would make me feel daft. And because I'd want to flounce over something more dramatic than a supermarket spat.

It just seems my MN breaks are getting longer and longer cause every time I get sucked back in, it all gets so silly and ranty.

Or I need to stick to Property threads. It seems even S&B threads can get contentious.

What on earth was wrong with saying nameless contestants on CDWM had fat arms? [buconfused].
Cod was way before my time, though she's always mentioned, and I wouldn't recognise her on here if she namechanges, but if that was the extent of her vitriol I really don't get the fuss.
