Found it hilarious that they were accusing everyone (including the staff) of being homophobic for apparently repeating the use of the word "pouf" before a thread was pulled.

I am assuming that they were talking about people saying 'this thread will go poof'.

But I do agree about Boden (that's why I Hid Style and Beauty!) That poster would be welcome here on AIBU. Grin

I do pity the poor dears not being allowed to swear. But the level of Personal Attack I saw wouldn't be permitted here - at least not for long. Unless you lot at HQ had been on the Gin again of course.

Is it one of those sites where everything has to wait until it's been moderated before it becomes visible?

Its a shame that soooo many people have totally got the wrong impression of such a wonderful site. You only have to read the current thread about which threads stick out to see how amazing MN can be.
