WHERE are the Halloween emoticons, MNHQ?

I have been patient for ages now. I want my smiles to have a Halloween hat on.

I'd like to propose smileys with those feather hat things that Red Indians wear. The Puritans can borrow the Witches hats for Thanksgiving, and give them back in time for Halloween.

That would be nice and simple for Tech. All he'd have to do is add in smileys with a feather sticking out of the top, and we could have [ismile] for the Indians, and [psmile] for the Puritans.
