My job has changed three times in the last year. Even I don't have a clue what it is any more, but as long as I get to boss people about, instill fear into the hearts of service users and wear nice boots, I'm cool with that.

DD (5) thinks I am working Grin. I rarely MN when she's about anyway but sometimes she NEEDS me to watch the Scooby Doo movie again with her and I have to do something. So I read or MN and remember to laugh and oooo in the right places.
She wrote in her diary 'mummy is working hard'. I was not.

She's 18, and wondering why I am snorting. She is fully aware that we do NOT discuss Ofsted and recipes. She has seen me in tears of laughter on too many occasions to accept that. She also thinks I am a sad fucker. But I am her mother and I don't care.

DD3 on the other hand refers to this as 'your laughing stuff'. She is 3. She knows her place.
