OMG there's no way we'll get him in for a web chat if he knows that's what'll happen to him.

I once went to the wedding of two vets. On exiting the church, there was a guard of honour consisting of inflated shoulder-length gloves. Definitely Herriot country!

saggarmakersbottomknocker · 23/03/2012 18:03

Thank you!!

Many thanks Helen anyway for thread moving attempts.

As you were

ChippyMinton · 23/03/2012 17:34

Sleeves rolled up before putting on shoulder-length heavy-duty rubber gloves, maybe?

Or am I thinking of James Herriot?

HelenMumsnet · 23/03/2012 17:32

Probably. Am a farmer's daughter, in actual proper fact.

Anyhoo. Slight delay on moving yer threads, as computer says no at the moment.

We will get it done though, as soon as Tech can work out what's afoot.

Slubberdegullion · 23/03/2012 16:44

SeaShellsDreamingOfSummer · 23/03/2012 16:42

Clears cowpats from Helen's path and proffers campfire melted marshmallows with gin in a tin.

HelenMumsnet · 23/03/2012 15:52

@Northey

Oh Helen, you are a dear. Thank you. Before you wash your hands of us (carefully, because we are the types to get covered in all sorts), could you possibly move all our threads from World Cup 2010 over?

Only if you're VERY nice to me.

i know, i told you i was bored Wink

GrimmaTheNome · 23/03/2012 14:38

If MNHQ rejected Outdoorsy Shite for fear of poo trolls, presumably they'd worry that might attract doggers instead of dog walkers.

ChippyMinton · 23/03/2012 14:36

@ Come Outside.

UnChartered · 23/03/2012 14:33

Come Outside?

UnChartered · 23/03/2012 14:29

Rambles and Brambles?

GrimmaTheNome · 23/03/2012 14:29

I like Outward Bound too. (Would avoid anything with 'walk' or 'hill' because we want to include cycling, canoeing, sailing, all that outdoorsy shite.)

UnChartered · 23/03/2012 14:23

i like outward bound Grin

Back to Nature?

whojamaflip · 23/03/2012 14:21
