I have a confession. My last post - I wanted to say "6 weeks ". Then remembered that wasn't on my original list of acceptable emoticons and using it would make me a big fat hypocrite. So I wrote "6 weeks!", which looked shit. The would have been better.

Glad no problems with work, at least. But shit for you.

Work are being astonishingly OK about it - have been sent chocs and wine that I can't eat or drink, bless them. On full sick pay as well thank god.

I have good days (like today) when my brain is working (no lughing at the back) but most of the time am just half asleep in bed trying desperately to sleep (I can't) and retching.

Sorry TMI and SCANDALOUS attention seekinhg behaviour (hope can guilt triop MNHQ )

Oh GetOrf, I'm glad my pictures cheered you up a bit. Sounds utterly grim what you are going through, and yes kidney pain really is up there for worst pain ever. Poor you. I'd hand you a poxy glass of wine and a crappy mug of fantasy tea and a bear but you know, they are shit.

I am scared of the zombie code.

Grumpy have had a biopsy, they still don't know for sure what the frick it is, it is some sort of nephrotic syndrome and they have put me on a couple of steroids, but have to go next week and see what they say. I am in agony and tramadol doesn't really sort it, just makes me not give a shit about the pain. Feel constantly sick and dizzy, the oppostie though, have lost nearky two stone. God knows. Kidney pain though has got to be the wosrt - it's up there with tooth absesses as the worst pain every experienced. Would rather have childbirth with an 11lb baby than this.

OOH yes I agree slubber.Actually emoticons remind me of powerpoint preesentations which thick some people do, with clip art and animated shit, and with a cure picture of a puppy or a David Brent joke at the end.
